BET Air Diffuser

BET Aerator is cylinder type air diffuser with a air pipe connected at an angle in the bottomside. As air is jetted from the bottom of cylinder, it draws water and sludge from the bottomend by venturi effect. Next the mixture undergoes multiple collision through a series ofcollision plate causing it to thoroughly mix sludge and air. The collision also breaks the air tocoarse and fine bubble. Finally it exits the cylinder and creates an eddy current type of flowwithin the tank. “Eddy current” type movement is useful for keeping sludge in suspensionand allowing air bubbles to remain longer in water and thus assist in better oxygen transferto wastewater especially in Palm Oil Mill Effluent.
